It's challenging and moves pretty quickly, and is most appropriate for those of you that are already quite familiar with Pilates.

Pilates and POOCHES!

I volunteer for Mighty Mutts (Mightmutts.org), and we are always looking for fosters and forever homes for all 
of our NYC pups! We have dogs young and old, all spayed and neutered and up to date on their shots. They all live with foster parents during the week and come out to Union Sq with the volunteers on Saturdays in hopes of finding their new families. 
If you are interested in fostering or adopting let me know or contact Mightymutts.org. Cats and kittens also available for adoption at Ollie's Place in the east village, also on the website.

Please come visit on  me on Saturdays with all of our beautiful pooches on the SE corner of Union Sq, or in front of the Union Sq Petco.
